This is my old boy, Bubba. He is 14 years old and full of old man energy! He loves to run around the house and grumble at the younger cats and then starts screaming when they take the bait. The sink is his favorite sleeping spot. Tiki Cat Mousse is his favorite meal. Face scratches are always welcomed. He is the best little grandpa cat.
My cats are a huge part of why I have devoted my career to caring for cats. My cats brighten my world and calm my moods.
Please consider donating to my Shelter Slumber Pawty page. The Cat Hut is determined to gather enough funds to pay for 6 months of spay/neuter surgeries. We depend on donations to be able to provide services for the community cats in Hamilton County. We do not get county, state or and municipal funding. We are a small non-profit struggling to help as much as we can!

#ShelterSlumberPawty

I’m participating in the National Shelter Slumber Pawty because this work is truly part of who I am. For almost two years, I’ve poured my heart into Hamilton County Animal AdvoCATes and The Cat Hut, helping community cats get the care, safety, and dignity they deserve. Being involved in TNR, shelter care, and everyday problem‑solving has only deepened my commitment to animal welfare—especially when it comes to cats, who so often rely on us to be their voice.

My passion for this mission isn’t just professional; it’s personal. I share my home with a whole crew of cats who mean the world to me. They’re my daily reminder of why this work matters—every cat deserves to feel safe, loved, and protected. Participating in the Slumber Pawty is my way of standing up for the cats who don’t yet have that security, and raising the support needed to prevent kittens, reduce suffering, and build a kinder community for them.

This event is fun, yes—but it’s also powerful. It helps fuel the programs that keep cats safe, stabilize colonies, and support caretakers who are doing their best with limited resources. I’m proud to take part, proud to represent HCAA and The Cat Hut, and proud to fight for the cats who need us most.
