#4 in the nation!

Update posted 2 days ago

We can't believe that we've been holding steady at #4 in the nation for a couple of days now. We are SO grateful for the support of our small community and the tiny lives we're trying to help. We're nearly 70% of the way to our goal, and there are still plenty of donation matches available. If you are thinking about donating, now is the time, as many of our participants have sponsors who are matching donations dollar-for-dollar. We encourage you to click on a name on the list and give someone a well-deserved boost. They have been working so hard! Thank you!

Kitten currently in foster care. Your donations will help this sweet little girl get spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped!

Participating in the National Shelter Slumber Pawty is more than a fun night at the shelter—it’s a powerful act of compassion that directly strengthens the safety net for community cats. Every dollar raised helps expand lifesaving programs like Trap‑Neuter‑Return, emergency intake support, and critical medical care for the cats who need it most. When you take part in the Slumber Pawty, you are helping shine a light on the unseen, overlooked cats in our community and making sure they get the care, dignity, and second chances they deserve.

For Hamilton County Animal AdvoCATes, this event is one of the most important fundraisers of the year. As the only dedicated TNR provider in our region, HCAA relies on grassroots support to keep services accessible and barrier‑free for everyone—especially the families and caretakers who love their cats but need help. This year our goal is $24,360, which would provide 6 months of spay/neuter surgeries for our community cats.

By supporting our Slumber Pawty fundraiser, you’re helping create real, measurable change for cats right here at home. Your donation fuels hands‑on work that reduces shelter overcrowding, improves public health, and builds a more compassionate community for animals and people alike. Together, we can make this night count for every cat who needs a champion.
