Meghan Danahey isn’t just the familiar face bringing weather updates to WLOS viewers—she’s a passionate animal advocate and a true friend to Sarge’s pets. Four years ago, Meghan introduced Sarge’s to the national Shelter Slumber Pawty event, and thanks to her vision, it has become an unforgettable tradition.

Through her platform, Meghan continues to champion pets in need, whether it’s through the Shelter Slumber Pawty, WLOS Pet Project adoption events, or WLOS Pet Pals, helping animals find loving homes every day.

This year, Meghan is aiming to raise $2,000 to support Sarge’s mission, providing care, enrichment, and life-saving resources for our shelter pets. Every donation moves us closer to making a real difference in the lives of animals waiting for their forever homes.
