Elisa's Shelter Slumber Pawty

On Saturday, April 18th, eight awesome animal lovers will spend 24 hours at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center eating, sleeping, and pawty-ing with shelter pets—all while raising funds and awareness for pet homelessness. 

I am not able to sleep over but I want to support this cause and its participants because St Hubert's does so much to support so many animals and local communities.  I have been fostering for St Hubert's for almost two years.  We are currently fostering #18, Presley!  Presley LOVES to walk and sleep even more!  So we are going to pledge to walk a minimum of 2.5 miles a day to raise funds.  Follow our progress on Instagram @SavingOneDogAtATime

For over 85 years, St. Hubert’s has been dedicated to helping animals in need through a people-first, community-based approach. St. Hubert’s programs include pet adoption and rescue, life-saving transport in partnership with shelters in need, humane education, training and behavior, and support for families, such as pet food banks, emergency pet boarding, and low-cost vaccine clinics.
