Deb's Shelter Slumber Pawty

On April 18, I’ll be spending 24 hours at Pope Memorial SPCA as part of the Shelter Slumber Pawty—a global event where animal lovers stay overnight in shelters to raise awareness and funds for pets waiting for homes.

Being a volunteer has given me a special connection to the animals here, and I’m excited to take part in this experience and spend the night alongside one of the shelter animals, while helping shine a light on the dogs and cats still waiting for their second chance.

My goal is to raise $1,000 to help provide food, medical care, enrichment, and safe shelter for the animals at Pope Memorial SPCA.

Every donation makes a difference and helps ensure these animals receive the love and care they deserve while they wait for their families.
