CARE Humane Slumber Pawty

CARE Humane Society, located in Auburn, Alabama, is participating in Slumber Pawty, a nationwide fundraising event bringing animal lovers together for 24 hours inside the shelter. 

Teams consisting of Coworkers, Volunteers, and fosters will eat, sleep, and pawty alongside our shelter residents. During these hours, we will truly get to see a mere glimpse in the life of a shelter pet while we hope to raise funds to help these pets get the best life they deserve. 

We will use these funds for our transport program. Our transport program saves lives by sending forever family members across the US. Unfortunately this does come at a cost. These donations will cover gas, vehicle maintenance, and driver pay (who dedicates hours of time driving our pets far and wide ). We will also use donations for needed veterinary care.
