This will be my 4th year participating, and it’s truly something that means the world to me.
This year, I want to shine a little extra light on Cassie.
She came to me as a foster — semi‑feral, scared, and unsure of people. She stayed with me for months while she learned how to trust. Thanks to one of our amazing rescue partners up north, Cassie finally got her chance at a happy, safe life.
Stories like hers are only possible because of our van and the incredible road angels who drive countless miles to get these animals to where their happily‑ever‑after begins. Without them, 99% of our animals would never make it to safety.
This year, my goal is to help raise enough money to pay off our van so we can keep saving lives just like Cassie’s.
