Have you ever thought about how much you spend on your pet’s annual vet care? Now imagine multiplying that by 300.
That’s the reality for the SPCA of Brazoria County. Every animal that comes into their care is spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, and, if needed, treated for heartworms and placed on prevention. That alone is a significant cost—but it’s only part of the picture.
There are also the everyday essentials: food, clean water, electricity, shelter, and ongoing care that keep these cats and dogs safe, healthy, and ready for loving homes.
The SPCA of Brazoria County provides an incredible service to our community, operating as a no-kill shelter and giving animals a second chance at life. This important work is made possible through grants and generous donations from people like you.
