2nd Annual Slumber Pawty at the Shelter! WOO HOO!!

What an exciting time this is! I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of the 2nd Annual Shelter Slumber Party, hosted by BFF of DeSoto Animal Services on behalf of DeSoto Parish Animal Services.

For those who followed us last year and donated, our hearts overflowed with your love and support. Your generosity made all the difference, and we can't thank you enough! For those of you who are new to the event, last year’s Shelter Slumber Party was a huge success. It meant so much to the animal shelter and the sweet furbabies who benefited. The funds raised provided vaccines, spay and neuter services, veterinary care, foster care, and even transportation to their furever homes.

One of the special moments from last year's event featured the precious little rescue girl named Aspen. She stole everyone’s heart and made the event so much fun. Aspen’s story is a true reminder of why we do this—she was adopted shortly after the event by a loving family, where she now enjoys a well-deserved life filled with unconditional love.

This year, I am excited to team up with Stephanie Riley & Charlee Cooper, and we can't wait to meet the sweet angels we’ll be sharing our cots with. As always, we’ll keep you updated throughout the night with all the fun and heartwarming moments!

But here’s where you come in: Your generous donations are what make this event so special and impactful. Every dollar helps provide vital care for these animals — from vaccines and spay/neuter services to foster care and finding them loving furever homes. If we win any of the fun challenges throughout the night, even more funds will go directly to our goal, helping us provide even more for these precious animals.
