Naomi and Friends Snooze for ARLNH

Sleeping in the shelter is not new to me. 

I've done it several times over the years, whether it be due to terrible weather, or just feeling that there was a shelter resident that would benefit from having someone close by. I don't think twice about it. However, it is still a choice I can make. But the countless animals that are entering the shelter every year, aren't able to make that choice for themselves. Most, if not all, would choose to be sleeping in a cozy home, with their own person, their own family. 

So that's why I'm raising funds for the pets at the Animal Rescue League of NH, a cause that I have dedicated my life to, the pets that don't have families, those with no place to sleep but a kennel or enclosure at the Animal Rescue League of NH. 

Every year, we help thousands of animals that either come through our doors, or are with families using our resources to keep them in their homes. And as things out in the world become more difficult for people, the more animals need our help. 

I know times are tough for everyone, but even a few dollars will help make a difference for an animal in our care. 

These three animals sleep in my home. All ARLNH alumni. All spent nights at the shelter, and the nights that I'm not sleeping at the shelter or taking care of other's pets, sleep on top of or touching me. 

My husband takes care of them, so I can take care of the many animals in the shelter every day. Help us raise funds so that together we can continue to make sure the many homeless animals have a warm and comfortable place to sleep while waiting on a real home.
