Our mission is to be a passionate advocate for the lives of companion animals by finding quality forever homes, providing community education, and promoting responsible animal ownership.

The Green County Humane Society is a non-profit comprised of members, dedicated shelter, staff, volunteers, a Board of Directors, and a growing network of foster homes. 

Because of the commitment of our community, GCHS is a NO-KILL shelter!
