On April 18th, animal loving teams from across our area will commit to spending 24 hours inside Jackson Animal Care, sharing kennel space with the dogs and cats, to draw attention to the unhoused pets looking for homes and to raise the money needed to provide necessary medical care to these animals and others struggling in our community. The Shelter Slumber Pawty is our most impactful event of the year because it highlights the actual faces behind the plea for help and centers the focus where it should be- on the homeless animals in our city.
