đžWhat does St. Louis County SAVE do for the animals of St. Louis County? This is a question we often hear.
Volunteer Power â SAVE is 100% volunteers driven, which means all money raised by SAVE goes directly to help the animals. We dedicate hundreds of hours each month to care for animals at the St. Louis County Pet Adoption Center.
Adoption & Foster Support â Promoting at-risk animals through social media, creating bios, photos, and videos to help them get adopted or placed into foster homes.
Medical & Behavioral Help â Supporting shelter animals with enrichment, playgroups, and training guidance to give them the best chance at success outside the shelter.
Spay/Neuter Sponsorships â Funding programs that reduce overpopulation and give pets in the community healthier, safer lives.
Fundraising & Sponsorships â Raising money for urgent medical cases, adoption sponsorships, and lifesaving initiatives. And making pleas for needed supplies like beds, treats and leashes.
Community Outreach â Connecting with residents to promote responsible pet ownership, spay/neuter awareness, and volunteer opportunities.
Life-Saving Advocacy â Working daily to get dogs and cats out of the shelter and into loving homes before their time runs out.

Bottom line: SAVE is the bridge between the animals at the St. Louis County Pet Adoption Center and their second chance at life.
Thank you for supporting SAVE!
