Slumber Pawty at the Shelter 🐾

Have you ever wondered what a day in the life of a shelter pet is really like? Now’s your chance to experience it—and make a life-changing difference for animals in need.

Join us for the Slumber Pawty, a one-of-a-kind 24-hour fundraising challenge where community members spend an entire day and night inside our shelter! Participants will choose a space—whether it’s a dog kennel, a cozy office, or even the cat colony room—and experience shelter life from the animals’ perspective.

Our goal is to recruit 20–30 compassionate participants who will each raise $500–$1,000 in pledges from friends, family, and supporters. Every dollar raised will go directly toward providing food, medical care, enrichment, and second chances for the animals who rely on us every day.

During the Slumber Pawty, participants will:

• Spend 24 hours living like a shelter pet

• Share their journey on social media to raise awareness

• Help the community better understand the shelter experience

• Raise critical funds that help animals find loving homes

This event is more than just a fundraiser—it’s an opportunity for volunteers, staff, Board Members, and community supporters to walk (or nap!) in the paws of the animals we serve.

By the end of the challenge, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for shelter life, unforgettable memories, and the knowledge that your efforts helped save lives.
