NCPAS is excited to be doing our second Shelter Slumber Pawty! Last year was fun, and we have a lot planned for this year.
North Country Pet Adoption Services concentrates on saving dogs from southern shelters (primarily GA and NC) who are at risk for euthanasia due to shelter overcrowding, dogs from the Animal Control Centers of NYC, rescuing local cats and kittens, and promoting Trap-Neuter-Return.
