Friends of the Pet Adoption Center is an auxiliary to the St. Charles County Pet Adoption Center. Friends of the PAC helps pay for treatments that the shelter cannot afford such as specialists visits, specialized treatments and surgeries. Friends of the PAC assists the public with keeping their pets in their homes by paying for medical treatments, vaccinations and spay and neuter. We work hard at keeping the pets in the home to avoid pets coming to the shelter.
