On April 18, I’ll be participating in Shelter Slumber Pawty, a global event raising funds and awareness for animals waiting for homes.
In my first month as Executive Director, I'm jumping into my pajamas with both feet for the cause! I'll be sleeping over at Pope Memorial SPCA in support of the dogs and cats, bunnies and guinea pigs that sleep there every night hoping to find their new families the next day.
My two boys, RJ and Gus were once shelter dogs and now they bring my family joy (and silliness...and mischievousness) every day.
